Pilot programme in Australia

Two months on your own live jobs. Free, and set up by us.

Five places in Australia, for commercial and fit-out contractors with about 10 to 100 people. You run real jobs on Pinnqle; we load your data, train your people and check in every week.

What you get
  • Pinnqle free for two months, for everybody in your company
  • The plan that fits your company, agreed with you after the call
  • Your live jobs, clients and suppliers loaded for you
  • Your people trained by video call
  • A check-in every week with the people building Pinnqle, and what you ask for considered first
  • If you carry on after the pilot, 25% off your first 12 months
What we ask
  • Run at least one live job on Pinnqle from start to finish of the pilot
  • Join the weekly check-in, and tell us plainly what works and what does not
  • At the end, decide whether to carry on. There is no obligation to, and you can export your records before the pilot ends.
Where the margin goes

The usual leaks on a job, and what Pinnqle does about each.

The pilot is where we find out, on your jobs, which of these cost you most.

Variations done but never valued

Every change is recorded with what it is worth as it happens, and carried into the next valuation.

A notice missed, and the right to time or money lost with it

Each delay is recorded against the number of days the contract gives you to give notice.

Payment claims made late, or not followed up

A claim each period, with the payment schedule date worked out under the Act of the job’s state (New South Wales or Victoria). If none comes back in time, Pinnqle says the client is liable for the full amount claimed.

Subcontractors paid what they claimed, not what they did

Each subcontractor’s claim is valued against the work done before it is paid.

Labour hours that never reach the job

Hours on timesheets become pay, and pay becomes cost on the job they were worked on.

Rework from building off an old drawing

One drawing register says which revision to build from.

Materials ordered twice, or ordered by site without anyone knowing

What was bought, where it is and what it cost in one place, with site requests approved by head office.

Retention forgotten at the end of the job

Retention is worked out on every valuation, with the half released at practical completion.

Pilot questions

Before you apply.

How many places are there?

Five in Australia, and five in the UK.

Who can apply?

Commercial and fit-out contractors with about 10 to 100 people who will run at least one live job on Pinnqle. If you also look after buildings once they are handed over, Pinnqle covers that too.

Does the pilot cost anything?

No. Pinnqle is free for the two months, for everybody in your company, and no card is needed.

Which plan do we get?

The one that fits your company. We agree it with you after the call.

What do you need from us?

Your jobs, clients and suppliers, in whatever form you keep them. We send you a link to upload them, with no login, and we load them for you.

What happens at the end?

You decide whether to carry on. There is no obligation. If you carry on, your first 12 months are 25% off. If you stop, you can export your records before the pilot ends.
